The main profile of the Firm's activities is oriented towards environmental protection, and "Green Transofmration" in particular. In this regard, we provide comprehensive legal and business advisory services assisting companies in, among other things, selecting the optimal structure for the implementation of investments in renewable energy sources, as well as preparing transactional (and around-transactional) documentation. We have participated in multi-budget and international projects, where we conducted negotiations (both in Polish and English) - thanks to which, Wind Farms, Photovoltaic (Greenfield) and Hydroelectric Power Plants have been and are being built on the territory of the Republic of Poland.
