We advise Polish and foreign clients on the establishment of companies and other business entities, with particular emphasis on the choice of legal form of business, creation of new entities, preparation of the necessary corporate documents. We also deal with audits of companies, including internal documentation, as well as conducting due diligence processes of documentation prior to the acquisition of an enterprise or its organised part.
